Laura Heath - Art & Design

Laura Heath is a mixed media artist and paper sculptor based in Palm Beach County, Florida. After retiring from a 30-year career teaching math, Laura embraced her lifelong passion for art. She began taking art classes in her 50s, completing several courses in fine art and graphic arts, with plans to continue her studies.

Laura’s work, inspired by her love for geometric forms and intricate patterns, explores the relationship between art and mathematics. Her recent pieces have been featured in student art showcases at Palm Beach State College. As a relatively new presence in the art world, Laura is excited to continue evolving her practice, blending mathematical precision with creative expression.
